The cleaned and hollow-processed Pangi shells feature a natural resonant structure, producing a rich, gentle, and ethereal tone focused on the lower frequency range. Their internal cavities and organic shapes allow for expression ranging from subtle movement to slightly larger shakes. With a restrained volume and a dynamic range suited to nuance-focused playing, they respond sensitively to touch. The ambient resonance, reminiscent of water and wind, makes them ideal for meditation, acoustic performances, sound healing, and other settings where an enveloping, atmospheric sound is desired. Crafted entirely from natural materials, they feature an environmentally conscious, natural design.
