Take your sounds to a new dimension of noise with this collection of modular synth glitches from experimental techno genius Peder Mannerfelt, from breakbeat electro to hardcore rave.

IDM star Peder Mannerfelt offers exclusive access to his collection of incredible music production machines. He's crafted a sound palette of artful noises through a unique blend of tweaks, fakes, and samples. XOpak, organized and composed by Mannerfelt, is a collection of 118 short sample masterpieces ready for instant integration into any sound, track, or production.

Mannerfelt draws on his extensive private collection, amassed through years of experimentation and tinkering with vintage modular synthesizers, patch cables, and effects pedals. Includes clicks and ticks from an 8-bit SynthStation, a stunning booming bass from a custom-built '90s synth, and a sought-after snare hit from Peder's own Korg PS 3200. A kick made from a sampled car door is dizzying. A series of effects—it's like scrap metal music with all the little pops, glitches, and fizzles needed to link everything together into a beat.

Artist bio Peder Mannerfelt
Experimental sound creator and musician Peder Mannerfelt has been at the forefront of experimental dance music for over a decade. His boundary-pushing live sets are known worldwide, rocking crowds at venues ranging from Boiler Room and Rinse FM to Berghain.

In addition to releasing music under his own name, Mannerfelt has also released music as part of the abstract electronic duo Roll The Dice with Malcom Pardon, and as the alias Subliminal Kid, contributing notably as producer on Fever Ray's debut album and Plunge in 2017. He also runs his own label, Peder Mannerfelt Production.
