KIRCHHOFF-EQ is the ultimate 32-band parametric EQ plug-in. It features sophisticated sound quality, analog-matched curves, 15 slope filters, and 32 vintage EQ-type filters modeled after real devices. Its built-in dynamic processing is highly flexible and features extremely low distortion.

Ultimate Sound Quality
KIRCHHOFF-EQ's proprietary ""Robust Nyquist-matched Transform"" brings digital frequency response closer to analog without the high-frequency compression of conventional IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) equalizers. This technology is applied to all filter types in KIRCHHOFF-EQ.

High-Precision Processing
Regardless of the host application (DAW) settings, KIRCHHOFF-EQ's internal processing is always 64-bit (or 117-bit). 64-bit is required and non-negotiable.

Psychoacoustic Adaptive Filter Topologies
In theory, all linear filters should sound the same. However, in reality, rounding errors can cause all filters to sound different. KIRCHHOFF-EQ employs a technology called ""Psychoacoustic Adaptive Filter Topologies."" By adapting the filter structure to the ""optimal state"" as the frequency band changes, it achieves optimal sound quality in both the low and high frequencies.

117-Bit Processing
Because it's 64-bit, we want to aim even higher. KIRCHHOFF-EQ uses a technique called ""Double-Double"" to increase the precision of its internal processing to 117-bit. This is a world first for an equalizer. You can switch between 64-bit and 117-bit at any time, satisfying even the most discerning ears.

Linear-phase mode always uses 64-bit and does not support 117-bit because it is an FIR (finite impulse response) filter.
