■What are Real-Time FX?
■What is Synergy Core Native?
The VEQ-STU 169 is modeled after some of the second-generation Western analog mixing desks.
Manufactured in the late '70s and early '80s, these desks established themselves as premium music recording equipment, offering a transparent yet softly colored analog sound.
The simple yet powerful 3-band inductor-based EQ possesses a unique musicality, combining smooth high frequencies and headroom with clean, precise low frequencies.
Designed to achieve a wide range of tone shaping, the VEQ-STU 169 is still used today in a wide range of studios, from vintage analog to high-end digital. Both models benefit from its distinctive coloration.
The low-pass filter and sweepable bell-mode midband ensure you can achieve sounds other EQs can only dream of.
The low frequency is set to a 60Hz shelving point, the mid frequency is sweepable from 150Hz to 7kHz, and the high frequency is shelved at 10kHz.
