[DJI Care Refresh Eligibility Requirements]
To join, the linked product must meet one of the following conditions:
- A newly purchased, unactivated DJI product
- A handheld product activated within the last 30 days
- A product repaired at a DJI after-sales service center
(72 hours after receiving notification regarding the DJI Care Refresh purchase after the repair is completed)

[Service Extension Requirements]
If you are currently using DJI Care Refresh, you can extend your service period for another year within 15 days of the expiration date of your current service.

*The DJI Care Refresh activation code will be sent to you via courier in the form of a folded A4 document. Customers who already have an activated device may not be able to meet the 30-day limit below.
