PROVIDENCE / QCC-101

The Providence QCC-101 helps prevent equipment problems during live performances and recording sessions. This compact cable tester quickly checks the continuity of TS/TRS phone cables and DC power cables. Powered by a 9V battery, it's extremely portable, and the LED display makes results clear at a glance. It's also ideal for checking homemade cables, making it a reliable tool.

■How to Use
Make sure both ends of the cable are properly connected to the jacks. Turn the knob to the A, B, and C positions in order to perform the test.

・Position A: The green LED is on and the red LED is off → This indicates continuity of the sleeve.
If the red LED is on, there may be poor continuity.
・Position B: The green LED is on and the red LED is off → This indicates continuity of the tip.
If the red LED is on, there may be poor continuity.
・Position C: The green LED is on and the red LED is off → This indicates continuity of the ring.
If the red LED is on, there may be poor continuity.

*Note: Since TS cables do not have rings, the green LED will also light up when the knob is turned to position C; this is normal.
