Retro Pack is a plug-in bundle designed in McDSP's unique style, delivering sounds that are full of the feel of vintage gear. Retro Pack is not a straightforward reproduction of other products. Like FilterBank, which was released 10 years ago and has since become a standard EQ, this plug-in was developed with the aim of becoming a ""classic"" in itself. McDSP has been highly praised for its analog saturation in the output stage since the days of FilterBank and CompressorBank. The Retro Pack plug-in features a new output stage topology developed by McDSP, which not only avoids digital clipping at output but also provides smoother distortion characteristics.
