Clarix LB is an AI noise reduction plug-in specialized for broadcast audio. It removes ambient noise in real time, making it ideal for treating live audio, such as on-location shoots, reporters, and live broadcasts.

The long-awaited Waves SoundGrid-compatible AI noise reduction processor

Compatible with major mixing consoles via SuperRack SoundGrid or SuperRack LiveBox, or with the eMotion LV1 live mixer system. (To operate Clarix LB with a SuperRack SoundGrid or LV1 system including an LV1 Classic console, you must connect it to an external Titan SoundGrid server.)

The plug-in's AI noise reduction is powered by the same Emmy Award-winning Waves Neural Networks engine used in Waves' latest generation of noise reduction plug-ins for studio and live applications, such as Clarity Vx.

Notes on use:
With a latency of 47 milliseconds, Clarix LB is ideal for live broadcasts and streaming, but is not suitable for live concert audio in a venue. Additionally, due to the need to run advanced neural networks, Clarix LB requires high processing power via the Waves Titan server.

Important note regarding processing power
Clarix LB requires particularly high processing power, as it uses our cutting-edge neural network denoising engine in real time.

To ensure stable performance on all supported SoundGrid platforms (eMotion LV1, LV1 Classic, SuperRack SoundGrid, or SoundGrid Rack for S6L VENUE), please follow these requirements:

- Use a SoundGrid Titan Server. Titan is the only server that supports Clarix LB on the SoundGrid platform.
- Always assign Clarix LB processing to the SoundGrid Titan Server.
- Ensure that at least 50% of the SoundGrid Titan Server's processing capacity is always available for Clarix LB.

The following benchmarks have been tested and approved with SuperRack SoundGrid running on Titan Server:

- 30 mono instances of Clarix LB at 48 kHz
- 20 mono instances of Clarix LB at 496 kHz

Clarix LB can also be used natively with SuperRack LiveBox. The following benchmarks (buffer sizes - 32/48 kHz and 64/96 kHz) have been tested and approved:
- 12 Clarix LB mono instances at 48 kHz
- 8 Clarix LB mono instances at 96 kHz
