Pianoverse Gran Concerto 278 features a Fazioli F278 Concert Grand piano from Fazioli Pianoforti in Sacile, Italy (approximately a two-and-a-half-hour drive from IK Multimedia's headquarters), recorded using IK Multimedia's proprietary deep multi-sampling technology with a keystroke robot. Crafted from the finest materials, including wood from the spruce forests of the Carpathian Mountains, where Antonio Stradivari crafted his rare and renowned violins, Fazioli pianos are highly regarded as ""the ultimate piano"" by classical and jazz pianists worldwide.

The Pianoverse Gran Concerto 278 was tuned and calibrated by skilled technicians and meticulously sampled in a 15th-century Italian monastery. Experience the same response, action, and wide dynamic range as the concert grand piano used by world-class pianists such as Herbie Hancock, Lang Lang, Yuja Wang, and Daniil Trifonov.

Adjustable to Suit Your Music and Desired Tone
Pianoverse offers detailed performance controls to help you achieve the optimal sound for your music and desired tone.
Settings previously thought possible only with physical modeling, such as release, hammer noise, pedal noise, string resonance, lid opening and closing, and tone brightness, are all adjustable. Velocity offset and curve adjustments are also available.

Advanced pedaling techniques such as half pedaling, catch pedaling, and una corda are also supported.
Pianoverse delivers the perfect piano sound and playing feel for any genre, from classical to jazz, pop, and Latin.

A cutting-edge engine that unleashes expressive power
A full suite of essential studio tools for sound shaping and mixing is also included.

The instrument and room microphone pairs each feature EQ and compression with multiple modes.

The final master channel features EQ, a VCA-style limiter, WIDTH controls for adjusting the stereo image, and a FLIP switch for switching between player and audience perspectives.

Powerful Creative Effects
Pianoverse includes a spatial generator and 12 new creative effects.
These effects range from spatial effects to classic studio effects, and you can use three at a time. The effect slots consist of one send effect and two insert effects, and you can use four modulation sources (two envelopes and two LFOs) to modulate the effect parameters of these three slots. Combining effects and modulation allows for more aggressive sound design than is possible with other piano sound modules.
