CORE+ is a technology that thoroughly reduces distortion across the entire dynamic range, eliminating noise to unmeasurable levels. A further development of the conventional ""CORE,"" it maintains linear diaphragm output even at sound pressure levels close to the clipping point, making THD (total harmonic distortion) virtually unmeasurable, even in high-sound-pressure environments. In other words, CORE+ improves transparency across the entire frequency range by keeping the upper end of the dynamic range as clean as the lower sound pressure range, rather than increasing the maximum sound pressure level.
