Five Analog Distortion Models with Tremendous Potential

Have you ever tried adding distortion to your sound to add punch, only to end up with a washed-out sound and a loss of dynamics?
Five distortion sounds and the innovative Harmonics function, which detects and analyzes the input signal to control dynamics, can solve this problem.
Harmonics functions as a saturator/distortion, delivering a thick, musical sound.

There are often times when you want to add a bold edge to guitars, vocals, drums, bass, and even synths.
But using distortion for this purpose can cause more problems than it solves, sacrificing dynamics. Too little distortion and the sound won't cut through or have space. Too much and the tonal nuances (attack and decay) are lost. Transients melt into the tail, and detail and definition disappear.

That's where Harmonics comes in.

Harmonics offers five great-sounding analog distortion models (that's a bit of a stretch). It also takes an innovative approach by controlling dynamics while distorting the sound.

Harmonics detects and analyzes the input signal, so even when applying extreme distortion, dynamics and detail are maintained and enhanced.
