Eric Clapton used a Marshall Model 1962 on John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers' 1966 album of the same name.
His performance left a lasting mark on music history, and the amp became known as the ""Bluesbreaker."" The Bluesbreaker's amp section is warm and crunchy. The speakers in the open-back cabinet use alnico magnets, creating a metallic, three-dimensional sound.
This establishes this amp as a truly practical amp that transcends the blues genre.

The Marshall Bluesbreaker 1962 plug-in is a collaboration between Softube and Marshall, meticulously emulating a Series 1 Bluesbreaker Model 1962 combo amp from Marshall's collection, retaining its original 1965 form factor.
