■Innovative TRACK SEPARATION Feature
With the TRACK SEPARATION feature, simply load a track as you normally would during a DJ performance and you can control each part of the music—vocal, drums, and instrument—individually. Color-coded buttons for each part allow you to always visually understand what's being played, enabling innovative performances not possible with conventional DJ equipment. Using your everyday music library, you can create endless creative performances limited only by your imagination.

■An evolved ON JOG DISPLAY that allows you to customize the display information
The ON JOG DISPLAY, an evolution of the DDJ-1000 DJ controller, allows you to choose from four different display types. It puts essential performance information at your fingertips, including new MIX POINT LINK operation information, rekordbox vocal position analysis information, and the status of the PERFORMANCE PADS. Additionally, waveforms can be displayed as 3-band waveforms (only when using rekordbox), just like our flagship multi-player, the CDJ-3000.

- DECK INFO MODE:
Displays deck information including the overall waveform. (When using Serato DJ Pro, Serato DJ Pro's virtual decks are displayed.)
- WAVEFORM MODE:
Displays enlarged waveforms for two decks.
- ARTWORK DISPLAY:
Displays artwork for saved tracks.
- DJ LOGO DISPLAY:
- Display your favorite images using the IMAGE TRANSFER TOOL for PC/Mac.

■New MIX POINT LINK function for seamless and smooth track transitions
rekordbox's newly added MIX POINT LINK function allows you to seamlessly transition track developments during a mix. For example, you can link the transition points between tracks in a mix and schedule the start of the next track, so that the chorus of the next track begins when the chorus of the current track ends.
This eliminates the need to press the PLAY button at the desired timing, freeing up time for creative operations such as mashups and effects.

■DMX terminal for easy, dynamic lighting effects
This unit features a DMX terminal for lighting control on the DJ controller, allowing you to create captivating lighting effects simply by connecting directly to your existing lighting equipment. By linking with rekordbox's LIGHTING function, you can not only automatically control the lighting color and inflection in accordance with the development of the music, but also customize the lighting color and mood to your liking.

■Equipped with an evolved 4-sensor MAGVEL FADER
This is our first DJ controller to feature a 4-sensor MAGVEL FADER. This improves on the DDJ-1000's 2-sensor system, allowing you to linearly track volume even with delicate crossfader movements, enabling you to express your music exactly as you intended.

■Compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro DJ Software
Compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, you can start playing immediately by simply connecting this unit to a PC/Mac with the latest software installed. It also supports the DVS function of each DJ software. To use the DVS function with Serato DJ Pro, you will need to purchase Serato DJ Expansions or Serato DJ Suite separately.

■Multicolor Jog Ring: Communicate the content of your part to the audience visually as well as aurally.
The controller is equipped with a multicolor jog ring. In addition to serving as an indicator for the TRACK SEPARATION function, the JOG RING's color can also be customized to your liking.
