**Please Read**
First, to remove the old fine tuners, slowly turn them to remove the crimped (striped) part of the threads, but this may damage the bridge threads.

To avoid damaging the bridge threads, smooth out the crimped (striped) part at the bottom of the fine tuner with a diamond file or similar tool. This will allow you to remove the fine tuner without damaging the bridge threads.

Next, after installing the new fine tuners, we recommend crimping (striping) the bottom threads with pliers to prevent the fine tuners from falling off the bridge.
