**Please Read**
First, to remove the old fine tuner, slowly turn it to remove the crimped (striped) part of the thread, but this may damage the bridge threads.

To avoid damaging the bridge threads, smooth the crimped (striped) part at the bottom of the fine tuner with a diamond file or similar tool. This will allow you to remove it without damaging the bridge threads.

Next, after installing the new fine tuner, we recommend crimping (striping) the bottom thread with pliers to prevent the fine tuner from falling off the bridge.
