前製品ECM8000の不満点の90%はあの「サー」ノイズにあった反省に立ってか、特にSN比については大幅に改善されています。
29年ぶりの測定用新製品は「測定用だから」という狭い認識ではなく、録音用途を意識しているのでしょう、SN比の公表がありませんが聴感上65～68dBと推察できます。本体デザイン、キャリングケースともに魅力的です。
