This compact, lightweight, and low-power DVI cable compensator can transmit digital video and audio signals conforming to the DVI or HDMI standard up to 50 meters using long DVI cables manufactured by Imagenics. It also supports HDCP (copyright protection) video signals.

■Input Cable Compensation Range
Fully automatic equalization operation, 24-bit full color video at all resolutions
1m to 50m when using a long-length DVI cable manufactured by Imagenics, at all resolutions of DVI/HDMI signals output by Imagenics equipment (only models equipped with the output (pre)emphasis function).
The transmission distance may be significantly shorter when using DVI/HDMI signals output by other devices or long-length DVI cables made by other manufacturers.
*The transmission distance may be significantly shorter if the DVI/HDMI cable is extended using a JJ connector, etc.
■Output Cable Length Range 0.5m to 10m (when connecting to a standard display device using an Imagenics DVIP-DVIP cable)
* The cable length may be shorter for display devices with weak input sensitivity. (This depends on the input performance of the receiving device.)
* Increasing the emphasis setting more than necessary may result in noise in the image, depending on the display device.
