Picante was created in collaboration with Dr. Chris Warren (aka Superhoax). It is based on his Picante MaxForLive patch, the developer of the company's IR reverb, ""Echothief.""

It's capable of creating a wide range of sounds, from gritty tones to soft fuzz. The full-range EQ allows for precise control even while the limiter creates subtle nonlinearities, enhancing tonal depth.
