This is an evolved version of the classic Tube MP microphone preamp. It also comes with a wide range of features, including input impedance switching and a high-pass filter.

■Vacuum Tube Microphone Preamp

The Tube MP, which revolutionized mic preamps, has evolved even further. In addition to the original Tube MP, it adds the following features:

4-stage LED meter

Stackable body

As before, it is compatible with a wide range of microphones and instruments, adding the warmth of vacuum tubes to digital recordings.

■Newly developed input section
The input section features a newly developed ultra-low-noise discrete circuit. The input section has an extremely flat response, faithfully reproducing the sound of microphones and instruments.

■12AX7 vacuum tube
The carefully selected 12AX7 vacuum tube adds warmth and life to your music. The amount of vacuum tube drive is adjusted with the GAIN control. It offers a wide range of control, from a transparent clean sound to the warmth and distortion of vacuum tubes.

■Input/Output
The unit is equipped with XLR and ¾"" inputs and outputs. Direct input is possible for not only microphones, but also acoustic guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, and more.
With a maximum gain of 70dB, it can also be used with low-sensitivity microphones.

■Input Impedance Switching
The input impedance can be switched. This allows you to select the optimal impedance for your microphone, maximizing the performance of vintage ribbon microphones, etc. You can also actively utilize the changes in tone that occur due to impedance.

■High-Pass Filter
The unit is equipped with a high-pass filter (40Hz). This cuts out unnecessary low-frequency noise without significantly affecting the low frequencies. This allows you to cut out air conditioner noise, etc.

■Low-Noise Phantom Power Supply
The unit is equipped with a low-noise 48V phantom power supply. When using a condenser microphone, the phantom power supply does not become a noise source.

■ FET Limiter Prevents Overload
This unit is equipped with a FET limiter. It prevents overloads on output devices and recorder inputs without significantly altering sound quality. The limiter has a fast attack time and a natural release time, resulting in a natural sound. This maximizes the dynamic range of the signal before digital conversion.

■ Phase Reverse Switch
This unit is equipped with a phase reverse switch. This eliminates phase issues when using multiple microphones or out-of-phase cables.

■ Stackable Body
The unit now has a stackable design.
