Tiptop Audio / 909-BD Black

The BD909 is a module that faithfully reproduces the kick drum of the TR-909.

The original parameters Attack, Decay, Tune Decay, Accent, and Level are included to create sounds similar to those of the original TR-909. VC Tuning and CV Input allow external CV tuning of the oscillator, allowing tuning to the bass line. In addition to the original Tune Decay, Tune Attack has been added, allowing for sound creation that was not possible with the original.
In addition, there is an Overload knob and VC-Overload control, which adds odd harmonics to the sound using the built-in waveshaper. Lower settings give a punchier sound, while higher settings give a more intense distortion sound.
