The HATS808 is a module that faithfully reproduces the hi-hat sound of the TR-808.

The Filter-Q, VC-Q, and Bandpass Out are added to the bandpass filter as functions not found on the original. Not only is the Filter-Q adjustable, but it can also be turned all the way to the right to produce a strong self-oscillating sound. This can be processed by other modules as a sound source to create new percussion sounds.
