BFD Cocktail is a BFD2-compatible expansion pack featuring the sounds of Yamaha's Hipgig portable drum kit, developed in collaboration with Rick Marotta. The Hipgig kit is ideal for any genre of music, featuring a 7-ply birch/mahogany shell for a highly dynamic and musical sound.

This sound library was recorded at Omega Studios in Maryland, USA, where other Yamaha expansions, Jazz & Funk, Percussion, and B.O.M.B. sound libraries are located, providing tight, accurate, and realistic sounds that can be used in conjunction with any other BFD kit.

- Includes snare sounds recorded with both sticks and hot rods.
- Kick drums recorded with two different types of pedals.
- Includes 15 BFD2 presets to suit a variety of musical styles.
