SELA CAJON gong. 24 inches. A real gem, handmade in China from bronze alloy. The larger the diameter, the deeper and more voluminous the sound when struck. Each model comes with a beech mallet with fleece head and a practical zippered carrying bag.

The Dark Moon gong has a completely untreated surface, making it visually and acoustically distinctive. It has a natural, rustic tone and a rich, complex frequency spectrum. It also has a rustic, authentic look because it has no surface treatment. The marks from the hand hammering and natural patina create a unique beauty, making each gong a unique work of art. Wind gongs are characterized by their almost flat shape with no back-curving on the outer edge.
