Guitar cables are used for many patch cables, but the semiconductive polyethylene coating applied to guitar cables that transmit high impedance to prevent microphonic noise (noise generated when the cable comes in contact with the floor, etc.) can sometimes cause deterioration in sound quality. CAJ KLOTZ-KMMK uses KLOTZ audio cables that do not use a coating to improve sound quality, reduce the risk of trouble due to smooth cable routing, and save space.

KMMK is a French company that produces solder type phone plugs and XLR connectors that are as compact as solderless types. The solderless type plug is chosen for its ease of making patch cables and its space-saving benefits, but in professional settings, the solder type is also used to avoid the risk of loosening the screws that connect the plug and cable, and of oxidizing the contact points, which can cause poor contact and deterioration of sound quality due to direct exposure to air.
