The Rei StratocasterR R246 was developed based on the Stratocaster that Rei has been using for many years, which has been fitted with a Lead II neck and has undergone various modifications.

While recreating the neck grip of the Lead II, which he says fits best in the hand, it has been boldly extended to the 24th fret, and by making the body size a little smaller, it has been designed to allow stress-free playing up to the 24th fret without losing the Stratocaster impression.

In addition, this model also carries over the combination of a two-point bridge and Graph Tech saddle for tuning stability, and the Vintage Noiseless® Pickup, which is the key to the sound.

The body color is Rei Blu, which was inspired by the jacket of Rei's first album, and the signature on the back of the head and the ""R246"" logo designed specifically for this model are packed with Rei's personal attention to detail.
