Precautions for use
- When using, be sure to set the dial of the freezer to the highest setting and freeze completely until it becomes a frozen mass.
Please note that if the temperature inside the freezer does not reach -20 degrees, it may not freeze.
- If it is difficult to freeze even with the dial set to the highest setting (below -20 degrees), empty the freezer almost completely before freezing.
- It takes about 36 to 48 hours to freeze into a frozen mass, but in rare cases it may take more than 48 hours depending on the model, performance, and conditions of the freezer.
- Do not stack sub-zero packs when freezing them, as they may not freeze.
- If you put them together with vegetables or other items that you do not want to freeze, wrap the sub-zero packs in newspaper or something similar and use them at a distance.
- Do not use in soft coolers with aluminum vapor deposition on the inside.
