Precautions for use
・When using, be sure to set the freezer dial to the highest setting and freeze completely until it becomes a frozen mass.
Please note that if the temperature inside the freezer does not reach -20°C, it may not freeze.
- If freezing is difficult even at the highest dial (below -20°C), try nearly emptying the freezer before freezing.
- It takes approximately 36 to 48 hours for the product to freeze, but in rare cases it may take more than 48 hours depending on the model, performance and conditions of the freezer.
- Do not stack sub-zero packs as they may not freeze.
- If placing sub-zero packs with vegetables or other items that you do not want to freeze, wrap them in newspaper or similar and keep them at a distance.
- Do not use in soft coolers with aluminum-vapor-deposited inside.
