The Made in Japan Limited Raw Ash uses precious ash wood for the body and has an open-pore finish that makes the distinct wood grain stand out even more by applying a thin coat of paint without filling the pores.

This limited-edition, made-in-Japan product lets you feel the distinctive grain of ash even through your touch.

Based on the wildly popular Made in Japan Hybrid II series, this model features revised pickups and frets for players who prefer a more diverse range of sounds. The Modern ""C""-shaped maple neck with an open-pore finish, satin-finish neck, medium jumbo frets, and a 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard ensures comfortable playability and reduces fatigue, even during extended playing sessions.

All models also feature US-made Fender pickups, delivering the rich, deep, and distinctive Fender single-coil sound.
