This is an organic drone synthesizer with 8 channels of sound. It has a special design that sets it apart from traditional synthesizers, and its sounds range from beautiful soundscapes to the roars of wild monsters.

◯8 voices x 4 pairs, 2 groups A voice configuration that is different from traditional synthesizers
LYRA-8 is equipped with 8 channels of sound, which are called voices. This design is not like the VCO of traditional subtractive synthesis, but is similar to the sound source of old electric organs.
The voices are divided into 4 pairs (12, 34, 56, 78). Every pair is divided into 2 groups, and there are 2 pairs. (1234, 5687).
Each voice has its own dedicated TUNE knob. FAST, MOD, modulation source selector, and SHARP affect two voices at the same time. HOLD and PITCH control the entire group of 2 pairs/4 voices. VIBRATO, TOTAL FB, and FM structure switches control all 8 voices together.
The voices can function in an 8-voice electric organ mode, or in an FM synthesis mode, where each voice and its envelope acts as an independent FM operator. The effect of the voice on the FM synthesis decreases with the decay of the envelope.

◯ Metal touch sensors that read your physical condition, mental state, humidity, etc. and play sounds
Instead of the keys found on traditional synthesizers, the LYRA-8 has a metal touch sensor on each voice. Touching a pair of contact surfaces activates the envelope of each voice and produces a sound. The response is determined by the electrical conductivity, so the response varies depending on various factors such as your physical condition, the moisture content of your skin, your mental state, and the humidity of the environment in which you are using it. The response speed of the envelope can be changed by the four FAST switches above each pair.

◯ HYPER LFO that creates complex modulation
The HYPER LFO is an LFO that creates complex modulation, synthesized by summing or multiplying the frequencies of two simple waveform LFOs. It also has an FM synthesis mode. The LFO can modulate the selected voice pair and the MOD DELAY.

◯MOD DELAY takes your sound to another dimension
MOD DELAY is made up of two delay lines with cross feedback and a special design that allows oscillation between the two lines. The delay time of each line can be controlled individually from various sources, including external sources.
Turning FEEDBACK to 12 o'clock produces a beautiful delay sound, while turning it to the right starts self-oscillation and changes into intense feedback noise.

◯DISTORTION, the final stage that destroys everything
After the MOD DELAY, there is a distortion in the final stage. The fantastic sound that seems to be floating on the surface of the water created by the MOD DELAY will instantly transform into the roar of a ferocious monster just by turning DRIVE and MIX.

◯An experimental synthesizer, but a professional instrument
LYRA-8's output dynamics are well balanced, so even extreme settings won't damage your amplifiers or speakers, and you won't have any trouble on stage. The frequency response is tuned for live performance.
In this mix range, there's a high midrange and a low-end bass. To compensate, the lows are a little higher and the highs are softer. Unless you push the limits and play extreme sounds, you won't have any trouble.
