The clip type holds each mallet firmly in place one at a time, so it is fast and secure while playing. Can hold two sets of bass mallets (the maximum felt outer diameter that can be lined up without interference is Φ70mm). No special tools such as wrenches, etc. are required, as it can be attached to the bass drum with a spring-loaded clamp without using screws or bolts.
