Cosmosis is a stereo, hi-fi ambient reverb that allows the musician to customise and manipulate three original spaces (Theatre, Temple and Cosmos) in real-time.Cosmosis features reverb size, wet/dry blend, filtering controls, plus a unique Morph function that allows the musician to change the reverb settings in real-time by pressing the left footswitch.

All three space algorithms in Cosmosis are original and truly unique: Theatre uses multiple parallel short reverbs to place players in rooms ranging from cosy to highly reflective; Temple uses a number of long reflections, implemented in both parallel and series, to occupy dramatic and large room spaces.

The Morph function on Cosmosis is a simple triggering method that gradually changes the various reverb parameters over a period of time set by the included Morph Rate knob. The player can set both ‘red’ and ‘green’ values on the Tone, Blend and Size knobs and turn on the Morph footswitch to make the two reverbs oscillate at the desired rate. Any knob combination can be assigned to Morph. You can create elegant morphs for subtle movement or cinematic morphs for dramatic sound design effects. Up to four custom reverb presets can be stored, including morphs.Cosmosis operates from a standard 9VDC power supply.

Size: sets the size of the reverb space.
Blend: sets the balance between wet (reverb) and dry (clean signal).
Tone: Turning clockwise from noon applies a high-pass filter and brightens the reverb sound. Turning it anti-clockwise from noon applies a low-pass filter and darkens the reverb sound.
Morph Rate: sets the time the parameter changes between ‘red’ and ‘green’ when the Morph footswitch is switched on.
Morph: Enables morphing with any combination of the four onboard knobs. Press to switch between knobs, press and hold to select. Press and hold to deselect.
Preset Select: push to switch between the four presets, press and hold to select. Push and hold to save custom presets after changes. Presets can also be switched and selected by footswitch only.
Space Select: press to switch between the three reverb spaces.
