CTS split shaft pots are made to fit USA-spec 24-spline push-on knobs. Imported guitars require new USA-spec knobs. We recommend slightly crimping the top of the potentiometer shaft to avoid damaging the pot shaft by applying too much downward force when pushing the knob in.
