This is an adapter that allows you to connect two mono sound sources via a 3.5mm mini plug to the stereo mini terminals of a single-lens reflex camera or handheld compact camera, etc., and distribute them between L/R.

It is possible to combine and use any microphone source, such as a camera microphone, wireless microphone, tie clip microphone, or hand microphone. The compact MC-1, measuring 4.6 cm square, is a microphone adapter that can be used anytime, anywhere if you keep it in your camera bag. *Cannot be used with microphones powered by phantom power or stereo microphones. [Designed for one-man shooting] The MC-1 is designed for use in shooting environments where one person is required to shoot and record. Each of the six sides of the main body has input/output terminals, VR knobs, cold shoes, and shoe adapters located in the most suitable position for the shooting environment. In addition, the cold shoes and shoe adapters are removable. In addition to attaching it to a camera, cage, or handle, you can also attach multiple microphones to the MC-1. [Free combinations, expanding shooting applications] It is ideal for shooting events and documentaries because you can record the sound of the entire shoot with a camera microphone while recording the sound of reports and interviews with a wireless microphone or hand microphone. With the MC-1, you can also shoot and stream more familiarly. For example, if you attach two small wireless microphone receivers to the MC-1 main unit and record the audio on your smartphone, you can broadcast a dialogue or interview format in a compact shooting style.

[Easy to adjust the audio level]
The L channel can be connected to a 3.5mm mini terminal, and the R channel can be connected to either a 3.5mm mini terminal or an XLR terminal. The audio level of the L/R channel can be easily adjusted by turning the VR knob* while checking the display on the camera monitor.

*Audio level cannot be amplified. Only attenuation can be adjusted.

[No power supply required, plug-in power microphones can also be used]
The main unit does not require a built-in battery or batteries. You can use it without worrying about the remaining battery level. In addition, tie clip microphones and camera microphones can be used by directly supplying plug-in power from the camera.
