The DM6 has a frequency response optimized for clear and rich pickup of low-frequency instruments such as kicks, floor toms, and bass amps, and has been adjusted to have the ideal directivity for drum sets with a lot of overlap. It also comes with a Triad-Orbit mount, allowing for a high degree of freedom in setting it up.
