WALDORF / Iridium Core is based on the synthesis engine of the Quantum / Iridium platform. Core is the heart of Waldorf's most advanced synthesizer hardware and the essence of its advanced sound.

Iridium Core has five synthesis engines: wavetable, multi & granular sampling, waveform, kernel FM, and resonator. Combined with a wealth of digital filters and effect processing, it opens the door to a powerful and infinite world of electronic sounds. Iridium Core's intuitive and easy-to-use graphical interface also helps you quickly reach the results you are aiming for.

The compact form factor makes Iridium Core the ideal companion for any sonic exploration or performance. It fits neatly in a laptop bag, and your carry-on bag will have enough space for other equipment you need for your performance.

Iridium Core comes with over 1,700 factory presets and a vast sample collection of over 2GB to support your journey of sound discovery. Get new inspiration from a wide range of sounds in various directions and styles created by sound designers.
