Erebus Reissue is a semi-modular analog paraphonic synthesizer that creates fantastic sounds with classic analog synthesis and lo-fi echoes. The Erebus V1 is a semi-modular analog paraphonic synthesizer that produces fantastic sounds.

The Erebus V1 is ready to play as soon as you connect a MIDI keyboard, and can be played monophonically with two oscillators stacked on top of each other, or switched to paraphonically for two-note harmonies. There are also 18 patch points, so you can use Erebus with a sequencer or modular synthesizer equipped with CV/Gate outputs.

Dual oscillators, an edgy low-pass filter, and a lo-fi textured echo effect that adds movement to the sound, providing all sorts of sonic variations.

Warm analog sound and lo-fi echo effect
The oscillator section features two analog oscillators. Pitch, waveform, and amount of glide can be set individually, and an oscillator sync function is also provided.

The filter is Dreadbox's proprietary 2-pole 12dB/Oct low-pass filter, with an ADSR envelope retuned in Reissue to create a snappier sound.

Erebus also features a built-in all-analog signal path echo effect, and the MIX knob allows you to adjust the amount of effect sound mixed in. When feedback is set to maximum, Erebus will self-oscillate and generate feedback noise, and the LFO can be used to modulate the delay time to reproduce chorus or tape echo-like effects.

18 patch points to expand sound creation possibilities
Erebus provides 18 patch points, including the master output, mono external input, and MIDI input. This allows you to control pitch and filter cutoffs with envelopes, LFOs, and the modulation wheel on your MIDI keyboard.

Erebus can also be removed from the case and integrated into a modular Eurorack-format system to take full advantage of the patch points.
