While the longer a shielded cable is, the more its high frequencies tend to degrade, Ex-pro Cables utilize a proprietary new material (HIIIX) to minimize high-frequency degradation for guitar/bass applications. This minimizes the impact on tone, such as high-frequency drop and reduced attack caused by the guitar/bass's volume control, dramatically improving sound quality.
