The Non-Reverse Thunderbird has been a favorite of forward-thinking bassists since its release in 1965. The Non-Reverse Thunderbird's distinctive styling and heavy tone give it a distinctive presence on stage and in the studio.

Now, with the release of the Gibson USA Non-Reverse Thunderbird, you have a chance to own a rare Thunderbird.

It features a non-reverse mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and medium jumbo frets, and two Thunderbird pickups each have volume controls so you can use them individually or blend them to your liking.
It also features a master tone control, with a simple and effective control layout.

The three-layer white pickguard features the iconic Thunderbird graphic. The non-reverse Thunderbird uses a Graph Tech R nut. A 3-point adjustable bridge offers a full range of action and intonation adjustment, and a Hipshot R Ultralite R tuning machine secures the wound strings for precise, stable tuning, while keeping the headstock's weight low and improving overall bass balance.
