Schilke / Trumpet mouthpiece MG2

Founder Renold O.Schilke showed his talent as a trumpet player. He had been producing mouthpieces since his days as a player, applying his excellent knowledge of acoustics and mechanical engineering to the production of mouthpieces, and he realised the need for a mouthpiece tailored to each individual player. The result is the Silky Mouthpiece, a diverse range of mouthpieces.

Trumpet mouthpiece supervised by Marc Gusion, Principal of the Paris Opera and Professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. Based on the conventional model MG1, with a slightly smaller cup and throat. This allows for a more efficient sound.
