Waylon Jennings is a singer/songwriter who pioneered the outlaw country genre with his unique tone, wrapped in sweeping phase shift effects. From the 1970s to the 1980s, he toured with the most famous phaser effect pedal: the Waylon Jennings Phaser pedal, which recreates the stompbox he used to blaze his own trail.
