With the spread of digital broadcasting, volume differences among channels, programs, commercials, and broadcast materials have become a major problem. The problem is not the peak value of the digital signal, but the loudness value, which is close to the volume that people perceive as “noisy. To address such problems, the so-called loudness standard standard standardizes the loudness values allowed in digital broadcasting and unifies the sense of volume during broadcasting.
The VisLM-H 2 Loudness Meter complies with ITU-R BS.1770-2, which is based on ARIB TR-B32 and NAB T032 in Japan, as well as EBU R128, ATSC, and various other standards, and is used mainly by broadcasters and post-production companies worldwide. The VisLM-H 2 has enhanced display customization and resizing functions, allowing users to customize the display to meet their needs.
