KENTON Electronics “MODULAR SOLO” is a monophonic MIDI to CV/Gate converter module for Eurorack standard modular synthesizer systems. It is a modular version of KENTON Electronics' high-performance MIDI to CV/Gate converter, which boasts outstanding stability and accuracy and is a must-have in any studio with analog synthesizers.

The main MIDI note to key CV and Gate conversion is compatible with all CV characteristics and gate types, and can be used to control most monophonic vintage synths as well as modular synthesizers. Four AUX outputs, more than the stand-alone PRO-SOLO, are available to control various parameters, including pitch bender, velocity, aftertouch, and an AUX output that can output CVs with MIDI CC assignments. A built-in LFO and portamento function that can modulate key CVs and AUX1 are also provided, enabling a variety of performance expressions.
