Thomastik-Infeld Dominant Cello strings are cello strings with a nylon core wire. Compared to steel cello strings, they have a rich, full tone. They bring out the best in a good instrument, and produce a balanced tone that is soft and bright. They have a tone similar to gut strings, but they are also more stable and less affected by temperature and humidity than gut strings.
