This is a gooseneck microphone for Panasonic's 1.9 GHz digital wireless microphone system and tabletop wireless transmitter WX-ST600. Placed on a tabletop, it clearly picks up the voice of a single speaker and enables stable transmission over a wide audio frequency band.
