API / SV14

The API/SV14 is an EQ module that has been faithfully redesigned from the highly popular APSI 562 EQ sold by API in the 1970s and 1980s, achieving +24dB of high headroom and a clean and warm sound.

The SV14 is a simple 4-band EQ module compatible with the 500 series, but its circuit design is rooted in API history.

The APSI 562 EQ, which was sold by API in the 1970s and 1980s and boasted great popularity, has been faithfully redesigned to achieve a high headroom of +24dB and a clean and warm sound.

It also features an in/out switch, transformer-balanced output, boost/cut, and dual concentric knobs for continuous frequency control.
