It also has four PERFORMANCE PADs in front of the turntable, allowing you to quickly call up HOT CUE, SAMPLER, and more.

In DIGITAL VINYL mode, the newly installed MAGVEL CLAMP allows you to directly read the record operation and control music in digital files without going through the tonearm. There is no need to worry about needle skipping, and it enables dynamic scratch performance with the same operation feel as a record. In addition, when playing analog records, it inherits the high operability equivalent to the PLX-1000.

With the PLX-CRSS12, you can quickly adjust the weight of the record with the dial on the top of the MAGVEL CLAMP, so you can perform smoothly without the hassle of replacing slip mats or slip sheets.

You can also customize the torque level to your liking
In the UTILITY setting, the rotation torque of the turntable can be adjusted in three stages, so you can easily achieve the operation feel that suits your preferences. You can choose from ""High"" for a quick sound rise when playback starts, ""Low"" that follows the traditional torque familiar to many DJs who use turntables, and ""Mid"" that balances the sound rise and traditional operation feel.

Turntable stop time can also be changed
The switch on the front of the unit allows you to adjust the time until the turntable stops when you operate the STOP in three stages. ""Min"" for a sharp sound. ""Mid"" follows the traditional product and follows the setting familiar to many DJs who use turntables. ""Max"" is longer than the previous two types and expresses the end of the performance more impressively.

Four PERFORMANCE PADs that can be MIDI mapped
Four PERFORMANCE PADs are installed in front of the turntable. Since you can quickly call up HOT CUE and SAMPLER, you can operate them on the turntable even when playing with a DJ mixer that does not have pads. When using Serato DJ Pro, HOT CUE, SAMPLER, STEMS, SCRATCH BANK, ROLL, SAVED LOOP can be used as the default pad mode, and when using rekordbox, HOT CUE, SAMPLER, TRACK SEPARATION, SAMPLE SCRATCH, PAD FX1, BEAT JUMP can be used as the default pad mode. In addition, the pads can be MIDI mapped, so you can assign other functions to them as you like. You can also switch control to pads 1-4 and 5-8 to play using a total of 8 pads.

OLED display allows you to quickly check song playback information at your fingertips
The turntable is equipped with an OLED display on the top. In addition to the tempo range and KEY when STEP PITCH is selected, you can check the BPM, KEY, and deck number at your fingertips when connected to a PC/Mac running DJ software via USB. UTILITY settings can also be quickly accessed, so you can concentrate on your performance without having to move your eyes to the PC/Mac or DJ mixer while playing.

Switching power supply
A switching power supply is used to eliminate the vibration and leakage magnetic flux of the transformer power supply, and high-resolution sound quality is achieved by suppressing noise.

Zinc die-cast
As with the PLX-1000, the upper part of the main unit is made of zinc die-cast with a large mass, and the lower part is made of 8 mm thick resin, optimizing the main body structure and vibration-damping material.

Gold-plated RCA terminals
The RCA terminals are also made of machined parts with gold plating, just like the PLX-1000, and the PHONO signal is transmitted directly with a stable connection to the plug, allowing for high-quality playback of analog records.
