YAMAHA / YMS-100
This is a mallet stand from Yamaha. The top of the table is covered with corrugated urethane, which prevents noise when placing a mallet on it and also prevents the mallet from rolling around.
There is also a cushion on the edge of the table facing the player, which helps prevent noise when the mallet shaft comes into contact with the edge.
