DRUM MIDI - LATIN RHYTHMS is a drum MIDI pack featuring a collection of percussive material that adds color to Latin and Cuban music. It includes percussion material that vividly colors a variety of Latin music styles, including salsa, son, merenge, cha-cha, mambo, bomba, guaguanco, and timba. This work is performed by the Cuban-born drummer Mauricio Herrera, who has also been nominated for a Grammy. This work covers the rhythmic culture and traditions of Latin and Cuban music. It covers all styles, including salsa, guaguanco, songo, caballo, merenge, Cuban mambo, Mozambique, cha-cha-cha, plena, timba cubana, bomba, charanga, Cuban 6/8, and general intro/pickup/fill. Inspired by traditional Latin and Cuban music (salsa, son, meringue, cha-cha-cha, mambo, etc.), drum grooves and fills performed by drummer “Mauricio Herrera”.
