'EZX - DEATH METAL' is an EZX expansion library created by Mark Lewis, a master of the death metal world.

From the mid to late 80s, death metal was established as an underground genre. Later, by the early 1990s, American bands such as Death, Morbid Angel, and Cannibal Corpse began to gain momentum in Florida. In the UK, bands like Carcass, Benediction and Napalm Death developed their own unique style of death metal. In Scandinavia, bands like Entombed, Therion and At the Gates mixed their own blend of death metal, and death metal became popular all over the world. Although the trend for heavy music has died out, death metal has maintained its flow.

EZX - DEATH METAL contains a timeless drum sound that makes it possible to create such death metal. It was recorded at Sonic Ranch in Tornillo, Texas, by engineer/mixer/producer Mark Lewis, and sampled by legendary drummer Sean Reinert (Death, Cynic).

The two drum kits carefully selected from “SDX - DEATH & DARKNESS” contain intense drum sounds that sound like a beast pounding on the drums, with dense walls of guitar and sounds that cut through thick walls at a rampant tempo. You'll definitely be inspired to create death metal music from the sound of legendary drummers' touches and strokes combined with the engineering of “Mark Lewis”.
