Overview

BASIC JAZZ MIDI is an additional MIDI groove pack for the TOONTRACK drum library, specializing in basic jazz and swing.

This product contains a wealth of basic swing comping patterns (3/4 and 4/4 time signatures) in 8- or 16-bar lengths, created by TOONTRACK drummer Norman Garschke, who holds a master's degree in jazz performance from the Hilversum and Amsterdam Conservatories of Music and the Arts. The drum MIDI grooves included are categorized in a way that makes them easy to understand and choose from, based on the number of beats and tempo, etc., so they are very easy to use when creating.

This product, which contains a wealth of drum comping patterns that support the improvisation of melody/chord instruments in jazz performances, will be a useful tool for jazz music production!

MIDI grooves are mapped to the standard drum kits (*) of EZ DRUMMER, EZ DRUMMER 2, and SUPERIOR DRUMMER 2.0. You can also use the MIDI mapping conversion function of EZ PLAYER PRO to apply them to drum sound sources made by other companies!
